I have always been an avid traveller and I like travelling on my own quite some. The need to compromise hugely when sight seeing the places that I love always with someone (whose interests are otherwise) bugged me. Travelling with Maddy is always cool though, however.
Maddy has already visited Macau, Philippines, Thailand, Australia, France, UK at the very young age of 4. For Thailand (Phuket) and France (the South), we had gone on our own and because of that we had a very nice time. In Phuket, we stayed at Club Med http://www.clubmed.co.th/concept/concept_kids.php.
I have a French little brother in Mont Pellier, France, and he and his family take care of us very well well whenever we visit. We visitted Mont Pellier and its neighbouring sites last August and Maddy is especially impressed with the castle which we stayed at Auvergne. It is a quaint and comfortable place with lots of different animals for Maddy to play with and feds. A bloody bargain wvwn in my very own eyes.
